Donald is the founder of the WWIM Movement. He has been doing monthly “Challenges” online since December 2020, covering various topics in Career, Personal Finance, and Investment Strategies. He started his career facilitating corporate training classes for managers in a Fortune 50 company in 1992 and then developed Training Programs and Curriculums in other companies. He has worked with various universities in the US to create collaborative programs for career development and personal development in preparation for advanced leadership and executive roles.
Donald retired from the rat race at 40 years old - a goal he set to accomplish when he was only 27! He is now committed to serving more people through the vast reach of the internet. What is an online challenge?
A challenge in an online experience where we all go on a learning journey together. In a challenge, we meet up virtually (in our case, in a private Facebook Group and/or private studio space online), where we explore topics and themes that impact our lives.
Unlike an online course, where you might explore ideas individually and in isolation, we will explore them together. And, unlike a presentation, there is space for live interaction and commenting. In fact, the more you engage and contribute, the more fun the experience is for all! Do you have a story to share? Post it! Got a question? Type it out as we go live! We will answer as many as we can in real time!
One of the stand-out features of a challenge is that there is always the opportunity after each session to take action—a little step forward in the right direction—and then share in the group how you felt, what happened, and what roadblocks came up. Our FB group is private and exclusive, so only members can see who has joined and what has been shared. One of the best bits of this experience is that others get to cheer you on because we are all in this together. It’s a wonderful way to experience community, be inspired by others, be encouraged and cheer others on. Sometimes one of the most valuable outcomes are the connections made and friendships created.

How much time will the Challenge take?
Our Challenge officially lasts five days, where we will run our live interactive sessions for just a single session each day. We know life can be hectic and we’ve streamlined everything so you can get the most from the shortest time possible. In addition to our main sessions, we also run VIP sessions which enable you to get YOUR questions answered with 1-to-1 mentorship in a group setting. You will have the opportunity to register for these additional sessions once you have registered for our main training event.
How is the training delivered?
Our training sessions are delivered LIVE on Zoom. To find all our Challenge content you will need to join in via Zoom and/or access our private Facebook Group. Everything will be posted in our group, where you will be able to connect with others. To make the most of this experience, it’s best to turn up live, but it’s also not a problem if you can’t and life gets in the way.
What support will I receive?
You can ask questions during the live training and in the private Facebook Group.
The Team will endeavour to answer your questions as soon as practically possible.
For greater support you will have the opportunity to join our VIP sessions where you can benefit from direct 1-to-1 mentorship in a group setting.
